We have made every effort to display the color of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be accurate.

The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act/omission of the vendor. Reflection Grip and Lighting Pvt. Ltd. will take “Full Responsibility” for your Order if the Order has been shipped to any of the major cities, where we used “Private Courier Companies”  to ship your order.

The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Reflection Grip and Lighting Pvt. Ltd. for redelivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

The User agrees to give accurate, authentic, and true information. Reflection Grip and Lighting Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point in time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, Reflection Grip and Lighting Pvt. All items sold by tanotis.com are warranted solely by the manufacturer/distributor. All items requiring repair should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service. We are not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service.

THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON ANY ITEM SOLD BY REFLECTION GRIP AND LIGHTING PVT. LTD.

Reflection Grip and Lighting Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. Reflection Grip and Lighting Pvt. Ltd.’s liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.

Reflection Grip and Lighting Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.

Reflection Grip and Lighting Pvt. Ltd. shall not entertain any complaints after 7 days, once the order is delivered.

This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at New Delhi, Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement. This agreement, and any dispute, which arises from and out of this website, shall be construed with the laws of the state of Delhi. Any legal action regarding this agreement or this website shall be brought only in either the state city of New Delhi, Delhi and by using this site you consent to personal jurisdiction within these courts.

Refunds/Cancellations/Global Return policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it.

The buyer pays for return shipping. When your return request is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label from us or you can purchase directly from a carrier. Who covers the shipping cost depends on why you are returning it.

You will also receive the date by which you should send the item back. You can find this date in the details of your return request that will send your message with the subject “Send items back”. If you do not ship the return by that date, we can close the request and you will not receive a refund.

It may take up to 15 days for an item to be returned to us. Once the item is received in our workshop/office, the refund process takes 4 business days and 6-7 business days to show the refund amount in your account.

Shipping:
We will ship the product within 3 to 4 working days after receiving the payment. We shipping the product directly to the customer from India Post, Blue Dart, Delhivery Courier, DHL, DTDC, Gati, XpressBees, FedEx, Ecom Express, Safexpress, and The Professional Couriers.
